Mostly introvert (quiet and solitude is how I charge), I love rhythm, music and dance, I am a fan of love as opposed to fear. I am fascinated by the human body, how it works, and constantly learn how to live a better and happier life.
I have not always known what I would like to do in life, what I am good at. Heck, I haven’t even had a hobby until I was in my 30s. But I always felt that there has to be more to life than going to my job, eating, sleeping and watching TV
Life in corpo for almost 20 years has been rewarding and exciting, but it has also brought a series of 3 burnouts, depression and physical illness, as my old life patterns and limiting beliefs were keeping me in constant anxiety, stress and lack of energy.
That is when I started my holistic healing journey, during which I have not only discovered what I am supposed to do in life, but also put a lot of clarity in all categories of life (health and fitness, career and financial, relationships, spiritual and emotional).
Today, as I am fulfilling my life’s purpose, I am enjoying a state of more calmness and joy. As part of my mission, I assist and support others navigating change, uncertainty and stress, overcoming anxiety, finding their own way towards a more conscious and healthier way of living.
Change IS possible, a better way of living, more time and energy IS possible. How can I support? By holding a lantern, so you can find your own way towards what you are looking for, and by sharing with you a wellness toolkit adapted to you, to your story and your journey.
